You agree to use our website and content in a manner consistent with Islamic adab (manners) and applicable law. Prohibited conduct includes but is not limited to:
All content on Firdaus — including course materials, video lectures, worksheets, design, code, logo, and branding — is owned by or exclusively licensed to Firdaus. All rights are reserved. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks, logos, or branding without prior written consent. Any Quranic verses, hadith, or Islamic references included in our content are provided as a trust (amanah) and must be treated with the utmost respect and accuracy.
Our courses and programmes provide Islamic educational content grounded in authentic sources — the Quran, authentic Sunnah, and the understanding of the righteous predecessors (salaf as-salih). While we strive for accuracy and rely on qualified scholars, all religious content is provided for educational purposes. It should not be taken as a formal fatwa or legal ruling. For matters requiring specific Islamic legal rulings, students are encouraged to consult a qualified local scholar. We are not liable for how religious guidance is interpreted or applied by individual students.
All prices are listed in the currency displayed at the point of purchase (USD or AED, as specified). We reserve the right to modify pricing for courses, digital products, and programmes at any time. Price changes do not affect purchases already made.
Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment partners including PayPal, Ziina, and other integrated gateways. We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers. By making a purchase, you authorise us to charge your selected payment method.
You are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or fees associated with your purchase. Prices may not include VAT, GST, or other local taxes unless explicitly stated.
Promotional, discounted, or bundle-priced purchases are subject to the same terms and conditions. No additional discounts or refunds apply beyond what is stated in the offer.
Our refund policy is detailed in a separate Refund Policy page. By making a purchase, you agree to the terms outlined there. In summary: courses have a 7-day refund window (if less than 25% completed), digital products are generally non-refundable once downloaded, and programme refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis within the first 14 days.
